Description

When I used the SAXParser of xercess and I wanted to throw exceptions from the void SAXHandler::error(const SAXParseException& e) method it generated runtime errors.

I found out that you must not throw exceptions (or rethrow ) in those methods because otherwise xercess becomes unstable.

Can you please add this clearly to the documentation because I searched for this error a couple of days so I don't want other programmers put through the same problems again.
