[XERCESC-1434] Web site needs to be updated to point to SVN instead of CVS

Description

The sidebar on http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c/ pages includes a "CVS Repository" item. This needs to be updated to reflect the move from CVS to SVN. I think three changes are needed:

• The image should be updated to read "SVN Repository" or perhaps something more generic ("Project Repository"?).
• The alt text on the img element should be updated to match.
• The enclosing anchor's href should be changed from "http://xml.apache.org/websrc/cvsweb.cgi/xml-xerces/c/" to "http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xerces/c/".

The affected image is named "side-ext-100" in the HTML as of today.
