[XERCESC-1078] Add regenerating the (API) documentation to the FAQ

Description

Because I could not find the information in the Building / Running FAQs, I have written an
entry about regenerating the 'normal' documentation and the API documentation. I changed the
entry "What application do you use to create the documentation?" in the Distributing
Xerces-C++ FAQ to refer to it. In the same place, I removed the word "automatically". Also a
few tupo's where corrected.
