https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/xalan/xalan/2.7.2/ and https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/xalan/serializer/2.7.2/ contain pom, jar, javadoc and src

https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/xalan/xalan/2.7.3/ and https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/xalan/serializer/2.7.3/ contain only pom & jar

 

There has also been a large undocumented change in dependencies - compare xalan/xalan poms:

The non optional:

<dependency>

is gone - this necessitates explicit declaring of xalan.serializer
