[XALANJ-2414] BCEL version not documented

Description

BCEL is included in some of the jars but the version does not seem to be specified anywhere.

The BCEL classes are dated 29 Jan 2003.

The official BCEL downloads seem to be:

5.0RC1 - 15 Nov 2001
5.0 - 15 Dec 2001
5.1 - 25 Apr 2003

which does not agree with the classes in Xalan.

It would be helpful if the BCEL version were documented.

Also, the page http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j/downloads.html#latest-release describes what jars are needed.
It would be useful to document which jars contain the BCEL classes.
