Description

if i do
java Validate buecher.xml (buecher.xml has specified as DOCTYPE an external .dtd
fiele) i get the error message:

NOT WELL-FORMED buecher.xml. Externe Entitaet nicht gefunden: "buecherliste.dtd"

the .dtd file IS THERE, other validators run on the same files without errors.
