[XALANJ-1106] Redirect silently fails if lxslt:component is present

Description

When an lxslt:component element is added to an XSLT file which uses
redirect:write, the redirect:write element appears to silently fail: no error
appears, but neither does the file being written to.

I have tested this by adding a redirect element to the distributed sample
extensions file 2-basicJscript.xsl (which I'll send as an attachment) - it
demonstrates that the redirect operation fails, even if none of the
functions/elements declared in the component are used.

The example works for release xalan-j_2_2_0.
