[XALANC-603] Source does not compile properly on HP-UX with newer versions of the HP compiler

Description

Newer versions of the HP aCC compiler will not compile XalanDeque.hpp or XalanDOMString.cpp. I'm not sure if these are compiler bugs, or a legitimate problems with the source code, but this patch fixes the problems.

The fix for XalanDeque is also consistent with how we use MemoryManagedConstructionTraits with XalanVector, etc., so it's a reasonable patch. I'm also going to attach a patch for XalanDOMString.cpp which fixes the problem, and cleans up some other stuff.
