Description

Makefile.incl refers to $CCFLAGS where it should refer to $CFLAGS. This breaks 64-bit builts on Solaris & HPUX.
xdocs/sources/xalan/samples.xml has an extra, unmatched </note> tag.
xdocs/sources/entities.ent refers to a platform/compiler combination that is out of date. The 050623 compiler should be used instead of 040127.
