[WW-3598] FieldErrorHandler in javatemplates plugin does not respond to escape attribute

Description

The Field Error tag contains an escape attribute to allow you to switch off escaping, it's set to true by default. The javatemplates FieldErrorHandler does not respond to this attribute.
It also adds the markup <ul></ul>, even if there are no errors, when specifying error field names.

I'll attach a patch to fix both these issues.
