W3C Widgets conformance: language tags should be verified

    Description

      When processing localized metadata, Wookie needs to verify that language tags are genuine (e.g. xml:lang="en" and not xml:lang="bbbzzzzzz12131"). Conformance test "co" currently fails due to this issue.
