[WINK-365] Wink documentation is out of date

Description

I am using the latest released version of Wink (1.2.0-incubating), I can't find any documentation for this release on the Wink site so I reverted to using the only documentation I could find which describes using Wink with Spring support (http://incubator.apache.org/wink/1.0/html/5.5%20Spring%20Integration.html).

This documentation discusses setting a property called wink.PropertiesFactory however in 1.2.0-incubating this property seems to have been renamed to winkPropertiesFactory.

Would be great if we can have some documentation for this version of wink (the latest on the Wink site is for 1.1.2 at time of writing), would be good if it also made a note of this change as I spent roughly a day figuring this out.
