[WINK-346] AsyncHttpClient module missing from JARs

Description

The javadoc and release notes for both 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 both make mention of Async libraries for the Wink Client, specifically AsyncHttpClientConfiguration and AsyncHttpClientConnectionHandler. Neither of these classes are present in the release JAR for 1.1.3. I am unable to find a 1.1.2 Jar to determine if they were present there as the mirrors appear to all have dropped that version.
