Description

Notes:

1. jquery < 3.4.0 has a security issue (https://snyk.io/vuln/npm:jquery)
2. Bootstrap found a bug and is pending on 3.4.1 (or higher) (https://github.com/jquery/jquery/issues/4350)
3. Wicket should upgrade when jquery 3.4.1 (or higher is released)
