Description

As discussed at http://markmail.org/thread/fsnoyr5enn2qhmr3 a user wants to have subclasses of org.apache.wicket.markup.RawMarkup to be able to use expression language in his markup.

The only change that is requested is the removal of 'final' from the signature of this class.
