    Description

      JavaScriptHeaderItem provides different factory method named forReference to create a JavaScript item from a resource reference. However if we want to make this script deferred, we must use additional parameters such as id and page parameters.
      This is not much comfortable if we don't want to handle these parameters and forces us to pass null values for them.
      We could add a couple of versions of method forReference with a minimal number of parameters (see patch).
