Steps to reproduce:

• Create class ParentPanel extending Panel
• Create class ChildPanel extending ParentPanel
• Create fragment in ChildPanel
• launch app
  Result:
  MarkupNotFoundException: No Markup found for Fragment fragmentDef in providing markup container
