Description

An AjaxLazyLoadPanel is not replaced when added as panel of an AbstractTab within an AjaxTabbedPanel.

A set breakpoint in AjaxLazyLoadPanel constructor at AbstractDefaultAjaxBehavior.respond method is never reached.
The attached quickstart will demonstrate the behavior.

This is reproducible with version 6.0.0-beta1 and 6.0-SNAPSHOT.
