See quickstart, the JS ResourceReference is not included. Problem is in AbstractDefaultAjaxBehavior, line 93: ajaxCallDecorator is of type CancelEventIfNoAjaxDecorator, and my CallDecorator is it's delegate and thus not checked (if instanceof IComponentAwareHeaderContributor).
