Description
Add CachingResourceVersion#invalidate(IStaticCacheableResource) to manually purge cache entries.
We had the uncommon requirement on the mailing list that a user needs to replace a static resource at runtime. I order to still use caching for resource versions a method to expire entries in CachingResourceVersion should be helpful.
Adding this method to a concrete class should not affect API compatibility.
