Description

I have the requirement to display some data-entry fields in a ModalWindow. While working on this problem, I have discovered that the text cursor is not displayed in text fields within a ModalWindow when running FireFox. The text field seems otherwise fully-functional:

• I can click on the text field and type - the text appears.
• I can double-click the text-field - the browser auto-suggests previous entries correctly.

I have reproduced this behaviour in FireFox 1.5 and 2.0, and have confirmed that it works as expected in IE7.
