[WICKET-3582] SessionTotalSizeModel in devutils has no meaning in 1.5

Description

In 1.4 org.apache.wicket.devutils.inspector.SessionTotalSizeModel calculates the size of the session + the sizes of all page maps. Since there are no page maps in 1.5 this class is obsolete.
In addition we can add PageSizeDebugPanel which will show the size of the currently viewed page.
