SubmitLink component does not render markup id

      Description

      wicket.markup.html.form.SubmitLink component does not render markup id (even if setOutputMarkupId(true) was used), because it doesn't use a super method onComponentTag.

        This also exists for WebMarkupContainer, maybe this is a larger Component issue?

        we can't call super in onComponentTag. So implement a simple hack so that the id is outputted when the output markup id boolean is set

        I don;t know what you are talking about a global component issue. WebMarkupContainer doesn't have this problem
