Description

Update commons-io and get build working:

• Jenkins
• site:site

 Updated to JDK8 as minimum JDK and fixed some site:site errors.

Had to disable cobertura as tools.jar is not part of modern JDK distributions.

Updated commons-lang3 as well and added build step to show available updates.
