Integration tests should not run on "mvn install"

      Description

      The integration tests should not run by default, since they need credentials and run against real cloud providers.

        This patch introduces an "integration" profile, which you activate to run integration tests: "mvn install -Pintegration".

        There are two further changes: "mvn site" will now build javadoc; also fixed invoking mvn from modules (which was broken by WHIRR-77) by having a "package" profile which is used to build the source distribution at the top-level.
