      Description

      When I try to run bin/whirr on Cygwin jars are not loaded properly into the classpath. This works well on any linux ofcourse but not Cygwin.

      java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/whirr/cli/Main
      Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.whirr.cli.Main
