      It should run the tests for a specified set of services and providers and emit a results document (e.g. in HTML) like the one Andrei created at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvGPW01Ku6xTdE5HRUJwZm1uRE10Wk9kcWE2VncwWEE#gid=0.
