Description
Members who wish to withdraw send email to secretary and from there it is a manual process.
We need a form for the member to fill stating their desire to withdraw, and optionally:
resign from all PMCs
rescind commit privileges for all projects
unsubscribe from all email lists
The secretary tool would handle withdrawal requests similar to emeritus requests: timestamp the request and mark it as pending; send ack email to member. Once the time has expired, link to the roster tool to do the rest:
Change member status to Withdrawn; change PMC membership as requested; change commit privileges as requested; change mail subscriptions as requested.
