[WAVE-328] Frequent appending of deltas causes the wave destruction

Description

Frequently calling of WaveletProvider.submitRequest() for example, while importing waves, cause wave destruction.
Wave client first show all the wave, but after attempt to reply in this wave we see:

Everything's shiny, Cap'n. Not to fret!" An error has occurred, please refresh.
Client delta expressed against non-server version. Server version: 302, client delta: 22

After restarting of server, wave client instead of wave content show error:

No conversations in this wave

If to do pause ~ 10 msec between calls to WaveletProvider.submitRequest(), all work ok.
