[WAVE-269] Gadgets' location can't be chosen, they're added at the bottom of blips.

Description

WiaB doesn't allow to choose the location of gadgets, they are always added at the very bottom of the Edited blip.

>>> What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add content inside a blip.
2. In Edit mode, place your cursor above some of the content and add a gadget.

>>> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: the gadget is added where your cursor is.
Actual: the gadget is added at the very bottom of the blip.

Note: If you just have some text in the concerned blip, it's not such a big deal as you can easily cut it and paste it back bellow the added gadget.
But, if you have several gadgets inside a single blip and want to replace a gadget that's in the middle, that will mess up the whole gadgets' display order.
