[WAVE-239] Read/unread counts are the wrong way around in thread UI

<b>What steps will reproduce the problem?</b>
1. Get a thread with 8 read and 1 unread blips in it.
2. Look at the blip counter.

The blip counter text is [8 (1)], which draws emphasis to the 8, rather than the 1.

In order to emphasize the unread part over the read part, and to be consistent with the digest rendering, which looks like [(1) of 8], the count text should be 1 (8).

Should only take a few hours to fix. I should get to it later this week if nobody else does.
