Description

The method org.apache.commons.vfs2.provider.res.ResourceFileProvider.findFile(FileObject, String, FileSystemOptions) should throw a org.apache.commons.vfs2.FileSystemException instead of a NPE when the class loader is null.

Some implementations use null for the bootstrap class loader.
