[hdfs][tests] Windows build fails if ls.exe is missing

    Description

      I broke the builds on Windows because the HDFS tests cannot be executed on Windows if no ls.exe is in the path.

      I need to revert the following change (but I plan to actually use "no-hdfs" as the profile name)
