Description

The URL to the maven jar repositories have changed.

Update the build properties and build script to use the current location. Note that using the /maven/ location wasn't working for all jars, werken-xpath-0.9.4.jar for example, so it was easier to grab all jars from /maven2/ rather than try to grab some from the older /maven/ location.
