Description
Most of the dojo code is still using version 0.4.0 of dojo which is really old. All of the code does not need to be upgraded at the same time - it can be split up upgrading separate sections of the site individually. It might be a good idea to upgrade the privilege section first since it would most benefit of performance optimizations. On the other hand, it is one of the more complicated sections; so, it may also be better to get an understanding of how the new stuff works with something simpler.
