Description

The level 1 predictive loading algorithm could be updated to make sure 2 computers are preloaded with each popular image during high system usage instead of just one. We may have seen the case where a computer preloaded with a popular image got allocated to someone else for a different (unloaded) image which would have kept anyone from getting the popular preloaded image.
