Description

Steps to reproduce:

• Click Manage Computers
• Select Edit Computer Profiles, click Submit
• Expand the Filters drop-down, select Notes and State
• Click the checkbox next to a computer in the vmhostinuse state
• Click Actions for selected computers > Change State
• Select Maintenance
• Click Confirm State Change
• Enter something in the Please enter a reason box
• Click Submit State Change

The computer state is changed but the Notes column is unchanged. I verified that the database was not updated.
