[VCL-675] deleting a hierarchy of 3 or more privilege nodes throws an error

Description

When deleting a hierarchy of 3 or more privileges nodes, there is a dojo javascript error that results in the delete dialog not getting hidden, but getting updated with the contents of the parent node, so that it seems the user is then being prompted to delete the parent node as well.
