[VCL-666] Administrator is always passed as the userid in RDP files for imaging reservations, even if it is for xRDP

Description

sendRDPfile sends the userid as Administrator if the imaging flag is set for a reservation. However, if xRDP is being used to connect to a linux image, it should be the user's id instead. A check needs to be added for the OStype being windows in addition to the check for the imaging flag.
