Description
if a request is in the reload state the backend forces a reload no matter what. The blockrequest module scans the computer inventory for available machines, first looking for nodes that are preloaded with the desired image and inserts a simple reload request to make sure. Well in cases where the node is preloaded and ready to go with the desired image - we don't need to force a full reload only confirm it's ready.
But in some cases - one might want to force a reload
So a couple of thoughts on this - create another state like blockrequestreload or forcereload to separate a forced reload vs a confirm and reload only if not desired image is preloaded.
