Description

Allow image creators to add in customizations (to some degree).

1st stage would be to utilize an exclude_list of known files that vcld pre_capture touches. During pre_capture, if exclude list contains the file path that vcld updates, removes, etc, then the pre_capture routine would skip that step. Allowing the user to retain any customization needed for the image to load.
The file location would be /root/.vcl_exclude_list

Current files touched during image capture are:
/etc/rc.local
/etc/ssh/ext_sshd_config
/etc/init.d/ext_sshd
/etc/udev/rules.d/70-net-persistent.rules
