[VCL-489] allow dhcp and hosts info to be downloaded about computers any time instead of just when adding

Description

If you miss a step or click to another page at the end of adding multiple computers, you cannot get the dhcpd.conf data for computers. Also, generating /etc/hosts data would be useful, or have the backend do it.
