Description

The xmlrpc_call subroutine will fail if the latest libwww-perl is installed, an https URL is used, and the certificate isn't signed, or isn't valid for some reason. The behavior of the LWP::UserAgent module in libwww-perl has changed. It now defaults to failing if an https certificate has problems. A new ssl_opts argument must be passed when constructing the UserAgent object. RPC::XML has a way to do this.
