Description

There are some major differences with Cygwin 1.7 that cause problems with VCL. Known issues:
-Environment variables such as $TMP are not available on the remote Windows host.
-The mount/umount commands accept different arguments. This causes errors to occur when cygwin-sshd-config.sh is run.
