Description

Modify XMLRPCaddUserGroup to allow custom to be specified. Currently, all groups created by the function have custom = 1. Allowing it to be specified would allow groups to be created that have custom = 0 which would mean their memberships would be completely managed by ldap/shibboleth. Without custom = 0, users would be properly added to the groups but would never be removed from them.
