[VCL-412] clicking on tomaintenance reload reservation in timetable gives an error

Description

Clicking on a reload reservation in the time table that is for a tomaintenance reservation gives an error. The reservation is for the "noimage" image, which has forcheckout set to 0. viewRequestInfo sets $reservation based on the forcheckout flag. So, $reservation is never getting set, resulting in the first reference to it throwing an error.
