[VCL-317] scheduler doesn't take imagerevision into account

Description

The isAvailable function checks for computers with the selected imagerevision. However, it doesn't check the image revision so that if the production revision has recently changed, it may report an estimated wait time of < 1 minute when it will have to reload the computer due to it being a different revision. viewRequests may need to be updated as well.
