Description

There is duplicated image retrieval code among the provisioning modules. xCAT.pm is the most advanced. This code is pretty complex and error prone. It would be beneficial to move the code up to Provisioning.pm so all provisioning modules can share it.

This will improve vmware.pm. It's image retrieval currently doesn't work if the management node uses a different image library path than the management node it's retrieving an image from.
