in this section:

Add VM host computer:

• Manage Computers -> Edit Computer Information -> Add
  o Hosthame: localvmhost
  o IP Address: 192.168.0.1
  o State: maintenance

when I finally get to submit the changes, an index error occurs on line 954 of computers.php (computerAddMaintenanceNote()).

I think this is is due to the newness of the computer, which probably isn't in the database yet and therefore has no index.

My workaround was to create it as "available", then change it to "maintenance", and there was no problem.
