Description

Add support to dynamically move blades (compute nodes) to HPC and other types of service modes.

provision and de-provision from HPC queues

VCL can makes use of xCAT to load blades, as part of these VCL can locate compute nodes that can be placed into HPC queues.

As part of this feature, during idle or low usage times vcl would take nodes. Load the HPC compute node install and add to the HPC queue as an available node. This could be in the form of a VCL reservation that could be pulled back as needed when VCL demand rises or extended if VCL didn't need the node in the foreseeable future.

These are initial thoughts and would need to be discussed and designed out.
